5 Ingredient Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe

The healthiest (and tastiest!) way to approach vegan cheese is to make it yourself, but unfortunately, many dairy-free cheese recipes are complicated, with long lists of ingredients and a laborious process! That’s why we wanted to share this super simple and easy recipe here.

Now, we're not going to lie to you and claim that this vegan cheese recipe tastes just like the real deal, but if you're craving something satisfyingly “cheesy,” this homespun recipe is the way to go. It tastes great on its own, as part of a fruit and nut platter, or crumbled on top of salads, pizza, or soup. You really can go vegan without feeling deprived!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups raw macadamia nuts
• ¼ cup Sari Foods Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast
• 2 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 cloves garlic
• Salt to taste (around ½ tsp)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
3. Using your hands, crumble the mixture evenly across the parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
