2. Classic Eggnog - Oh She Glows.
We prefer the 'classic', but Angela Liddon over at Oh She Glows also offers a peppermint version of her vegan take on this iconic holiday drink, should it tickle your fancy. The perfect pre-dinner drink, what Christmas Day would be complete without the obligatory Eggnog?

You've got to love a soup starter.
4. Butternut Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole - The Minimalist Baker
If you're anything like us then you are ALL about the the sides for Christmas day lunch. Our idea of the perfect festive vegan feast is to combine 3 or 4 easy to make, prepare ahead, substantial side dishes and then add on LOTS of simple cooked veggies. And this veggie casserole from the Minimalist Baker is another wining dish!
5. Apple-Chestnut Cornbread Stuffing & Mushroom Gravy - May I Have That Recipe.
This goes so well with the butternut pecan sweet potato casserole listed above.... YOU GUYS HAVE TO TRY IT.
6. Roasted Green Beans With Romesco - Naturally Ella.
Because everybody needs some greens right? And, it doesn't get much better than this.
7. Cranberry Rosemary Cashew Cheese Log - Pure Ella.
Christmas Dinner wouldn't be complete without a cheese course and this beautiful christmas log fits the specification perfectly. AND you can use Sari Foods Non-fortified Nutritional Yeast for all natural flavor and goodness.
8. Gingerbread Bundt Cake With Spiced Eggnog Glaze - My Darling Vegan.
So easy, so delicious and a great excuse to have another vegan Eggnog (the combination is bliss!).
9. Expresso Martini - Jamie Oliver.
Another classic vegan friendly cocktail and an indulgent christmas day, after dinner treat. Jamie claims to have the ultimate recipe and gives you an easy to follow guide on how to make it so here it is - let us know what you think. He also adds that is a great post coffee drink, or, if you're feeling wild, forget the coffee and have this instead. Perfect with some real dark, high cocoa solids chocolate (like the following chocolate bark recipe)... if you have space...
10. Crazy Good Coconut Oil Chocolate Bark - Oh She Glows.
Because... well... everything ends well with chocolate right??? Especially in combination with plenty of nuts - just the way we vegans like things.
