At Sari Foods we love making fresh fruit and veggie juices but every time we do, we have the dilemma of what to do with the left over juice pulp - we absolutely hate to waste all that fibrous goodness.
Here is one of our favorite ideas - home made veggie burgers! These are super easy to make and contain just 4 simple ingredients including Sari Foods natural and non-fortified nutritional yeast which adds some amazing nutritional goodness as well as a whole-lot-a flavor!
If like us, you hate the thought of wasting all that amazing juice pulp, give this recipe a try - it literally works with any vegetable based juice pulp.

1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans
1 cup juice pulp from juicing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mash all the ingredients together in a bowl until well incorporated then form in to patties.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and when hot add the patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Top with whatever you fancy, we love ours with some salsa and avocado or a big dollop of hummus or you can go standard in a bun with some sweet potato wedges and a corn on the cob on the side.
