Garlic & Thyme Sautéed Zucchini with Snow Peas

  1. Slice the green garlic, cut the zucchini into fingers, and pick the thyme leaves from the stalks.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add zucchini, snow peas, and thyme. Saute, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are golden.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the nutritional yeast.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
