Garlic & Thyme Sautéed Zucchini with Snow Peas

Ingredients:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 handful snow peas
- 1 green garlic stem
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 heaping Tbsp Sari Foods Non-Fortifed Nutritional Yeast
Directions:
- Slice the green garlic, cut the zucchini into fingers, and pick the thyme leaves from the stalks.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add zucchini, snow peas, and thyme. Saute, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are golden.
- Remove from heat and stir in the nutritional yeast.
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
