Ingredients: Serves 1
2 small carrots cut in to chunks
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp vit c powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1 banana (frozen gives you the creamiest texture)
handful of ice
Place all the ingredients together in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Pour in to a glass and top with grated carrot, chopped nuts and raisins - enjoy and buzz with wellness and vitality while you do!
