Minimal effort is required for this treat making it the perfect weekend baking recipe. Packed with hearty oats and almond, these wholesome cookies are an excellent way to recharge from a long week. Furthermore the addition of juicy dried cherries and Sari Foods Acerola Cherry powder give an irresistible taste to these delicious morsels - just try and stop at one!
2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dried sweet cherries
2 tbsp Sari Foods Acerola Cherry Powder
1/2 cup agave nectar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Drop 1 tbsp of the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Flatten down each ball of cookie dough with the back of your hand and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
