Cherry and Almond Vegan Cookies

Not so with these delicious treats—with only five ingredients, this is possibly the easiest, healthiest cookie recipe ever, not to mention one of the tastiest!
With minimal effort, you can whip up a batch of these cookies in about a half hour—and that even includes cleanup! Packed with wholesome ingredients like hearty oats, dried sweet cherries, and almonds, these yummy cookies deliver prebiotic fiber, protein, vitamin C, and other important nutrients with every bite. But all you and your family will notice is an irresistible burst of nutty, fruity goodness—just try and stop at one!
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup dried sweet cherries
- 2 Tbsp Sari Foods Vitamin C Powder
- ½ cup agave nectar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Drop cookie dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet using a teaspoon of dough for each cookie. Flatten down each ball of cookie dough with the back of your hand.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
