This is very unusual, as most maltodextrin on the market is derived from corn. What does the powder taste like?

Sari Foods Vitamin C Powder from Acerola Cherries is neutral in taste, making it easy to incorporate into your everyday diet. The acerola cherry has a tart cherry taste rather than a sweet cherry taste, and blends easily in with other flavors.

I see on the ingredients that your natural Vitamin C powder contains organic maltodextrin. I didn't think you could get organic maltodextrin—could you please give more information?

There is indeed a very small amount (around 1%) of organic maltodextrin in our natural Vitamin C Powder from Acerola Cherries. We use organic, non-GMO maltodextrin, which is a carbohydrate and natural starch derived from organic manioc. In our case, it is a necessary natural drying agent to allow the acerola cherries to be processed into the fine powder you see in your bag. Our maltodextrin ingredient is a safe and all natural ingredient.

Is your natural Vitamin C Powder from Acerola Cherries Non-GMO?

Our Natural Vitamin C powder is Non-GMO following EEC regulations. It also contains no GMO enzymes and has not been solvent-extracted, synthetically preserved, or irradiated.

Is your natural Vitamin C Powder manufactured with any potential allergens?
