Is your maca raw or is it a gelatinized maca powder?
Sari Foods Organic Maca is gelatinized. Unlike other commercial preparations, our maca is gelatinized using a proprietary low-temperature process.

Is your maca organic certified?
Sari Foods Gelatinized Maca is USDA Organic Certified. The best way to ensure you are obtaining only the purest maca powder is to always make sure you purchase certified organic, so you know it has been grown to strict standards and cultivated without controversial fertilizers. Also, make sure your maca comes from a pure soil source and that it undergoes a proper drying process. Avoid maca from outside of its native South America that is grown using poor quality or un-tested soil, which could expose you to toxins. Chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and anything added to the end product should also to be avoided.

All our products, including our organic maca, are handled in a GMP facility. Our products are not manufactured with gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, milk, nuts, eggs, or shellfish. They are packaged in a facility that may handle these ingredients.
