Your acai smoothies just got even better! That’s because we’re topping it off with this super tasty, dairy-free spirulina coconut cream.

If you’ve been following our Instagram stories, you may have spotted one of our very own little Sari Foodies, Peyton, whipping up her favorite berry smoothie in celebration of Universal Children's Day.

Peyton enjoys her berry smoothie everyday, which makes us SO happy; we just love to see healthy eating start young! We loved this simple very-berry smoothie so much that we just had to share it with all of our beloved Sari Foodies.

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:

For the spirulina cream:

Directions:

  1. First prepare the coconut cream. Scoop the solid white coconut cream into a bowl. Add  spirulina and vanilla extract, and beat the cream with a hand blender until combined and fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into smoothie jar or a glass, top with the spirulina cream, and sip while cold and creamy.
