- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp vegan protein powder (rice, pea, or a blend)
- 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp Sari Foods Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Sari Foods Organic Spirulina Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frozen (or a whole cup of fresh) spinach
- Pinch of cinnamon
