We all love chia pudding right? But have you ever thought about superfooding it??
Chia pudding makes a great and filling healthy breakfast, snack or dessert and by adding a few nutritious extras, you can capitalise on all that goodness. On those mornings when a smoothie just won't do or those evenings when your sweet tooth is lovingly calling your name (and twisting your arm), Sari Foods Superfood Chia Pudding will HIT. THAT. SPOT.
It's also super easy to make and can be prepared the night before ready for you to grab on-the-go the next morning.
1 can organic coconut milk
1 cup fresh mixed berries (we used raspberries and blueberries)
1 tbsp raw honey
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Sari Foods Organic Spirulina
pinch pink himalayan salt
Blend together until smooth and put in the fridge over night (or for a couple of hours if like us, you can't wait that long... ;) )
