For those who hadn't already guessed (see the welcome video on our home page) we are big fans of avocado toast (who isn't?) and here we show you a Sari Foods twist on the traditional version!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack in between - avocado toast always hits the spot! Adding Sari Foods Organic Spirulina increases the plant based protein count and adding some omega oils to the healthy avocado fats plus a plethora of vitamins and minerals, snacking just hit a whole new nutrition level.
Ingredients: Serves 1
1 clove of garlic
Crush the garlic clove and put it in a bowl with the avocado and spirulina. Mash all the ingredients together and season to taste before smearing across a piece (or 2) of hot toast!
