  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp vegan protein powder (rice, pea, or a blend)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Sari Foods Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sari Foods Organic Spirulina Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen (or a whole cup of fresh) spinach
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth(ie).
