Containing several key plant-based protein sources, this recipe uses Sari Foods Organic Spirulina (which in itself is 65% protein) and Sari Foods Non-fortified Nutritional Yeast to give you broad spectrum coverage across all 18 amino acids.

1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp vegan protein powder (rice, pea or a blend)
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp found flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen (or a whole cup of fresh) spinach
A pinch of cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth(ie).
