This yummy pudding also contains chia seeds, which have been highly prized for thousands of years. Chia means "strength" in the Mayan language—and in ancient times these small seeds became popular with runners and warriors, who would use them as fuel while running and during battle. Our recipe makes two servings, so you can share the superfood magic with a friend—or just save a bowl for the next day.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp Sari Foods Organic Wheatgrass Powder
- Maple syrup or honey to taste (optional)
