If you enjoy iced lattes, then you'll love this fruity version with acai and creamy coconut milk. This acai iced latte is full of superfood goodness, tastes AMAZING, and is a great substitute for shop-bought, sugary iced lattes and frappes!
Acai is a real nutrient powerhouse, and is a natural source of calcium, iron, antioxidants, essential amino acids and fatty acids which can help support optimum physical health. Sari Foods acai has a delectable berry-cocoa flavor which pairs so well with the blueberries for a refreshing fruity iced latte.
You will need:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sari Foods Acai Powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- Add the water, blueberries and rice malt syrup to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to gently simmer for about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Add the syrup mixture to your blender and mix until you achieve a pourable, smooth consistency. Add the acai powder and blend again.
- Add the ice to your favorite jar or glass and pour the coconut milk over the ice until almost full. Top with the acai blueberry syrup.
