  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Small bunch fresh mint
  • 1 tsp Sari Foods spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds


Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall glass for a great mid afternoon pick-me-up on a hot summer’s day.
