This is one super foods smoothie bowl. Honestly, start your day with this and you'll feel ready to take on the world! Densely packed full of vitamins & minerals in the variation of fruit and Sari Foods Superfoods, this smoothie bowl also contains essential fats and protein, you could probably get a nutrient hit just smelling it!
It tastes delicious too, takes about 10 minutes to make and is totally customizable with whatever toppings you like! The basic idea is to take your morning smoothie from tide-me-over to a seriously substantial meal. When it comes to toppings, a few of our choice favorites are: seeds, nuts, nut butters, bee pollen, unsweetened coconut, granola, cacao nibs and fresh berries. Or if you fancy it, crumbling one of our Vitamin C Apple and Cherry Spiced Muffins over, takes this to the next level.
We don't think this recipe needs any sweetener but you could always drizzle some raw honey or maple syrup over your toppings at the end.
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen mango
handful of goji berries
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp coconut oil
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon in to a serving bowl and add your chosen toppings! Its as easy as that to start your day with this with this energy, wellness and vitality boost!
